Coverage Needed:

• 7p-7a
• 10-15 shifts per month

Clinical Information:

• Patient Volume: 12-14 per day
• 18 Beds
• Support: Critical Care Nursing, Emergent help from ED physicians and anesthesia if needed. Critical Care MD available via phone

Required:

• Active FL License
• Board Certified
• Must have clean file
• ACLS
• Special procedures: CVC, Central Linces, Alines, intubations
• Sufficient case logs
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
