OnCall Solutions is working with a medical center in Dyersville, Iowa that is seeking a permanent emergency medicine NP. This opportunity is for both ED and inpatient hospital coverage and we ask that interested candidates inquire only if they obtain a high degree of internal medicine expertise and experience. This organization asks that interested and applying clinicians are comfortable to function independently at high levels of practice.

Job Details:

-Shifts: Rotating shifts 40 hours/week.

-Assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, treatment & disposition of emergency department patients.

-Neonatal through geriatric.

-20 swing beds (acute/inpatient,skilled, observation, outpatient and same day surgery) with three emergency department rooms.

-Average daily census: 3.

-150 ED visits/month, 175 surgeries/year.

-20 RN’s & CNA’s.

-Not accepting locums candidates.

-Not accepting new graduates.

Requirements:

-Board certified NP.

-Iowa license.

-Experience as NP in Emergency Department & internal medicine.
