Eastern Oregon Hospital Emergency Department is seeking an innovative, energetic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires to be a part of a amazing team! Come join our team of 5 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Details:
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
o Nurse practitioner shift is 10a-10p
• About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (135k+) which includes:
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $20,000
