Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Registered Nurse with experience in *PEDIATRIC* dialysis care. This is a position serving our hospital partner within the Orlando 32827 region.
This role is fully onsite and requires the ability to commute to hospitals in the Orlando area.

Ability to reliably commute or relocate prior to start is required.
Job Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and dialysis protocols.
Deliver safe, high-quality acute or chronic dialysis treatments at partner hospitals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality guidelines.
Perform all essential nursing functions, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and handling equipment required for dialysis treatments.
Follow all Mobil Dialysis Policies & Procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Work independently and autonomously in fast-paced clinical settings.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS and PALS required (can be completed post-hire)
Experience in acute dialysis, chronic hemodialysis, or pediatric dialysis preferred
Proficiency with vascular access (CVC, AVF, AVG) and acute patient assessment
Ability to function independently in hospital-based environments
Strong skills in clinical judgment, communication, and patient safety
EMR documentation experience (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Orlando hospital partners (ZIP32827)
Working Hours
This is an onsite acute dialysis role supporting Orlando hospital partners. Generally, RNs begin their day within a 6:00–8:00 a.m. start window, with the shift ending once assigned treatments are completed. Full-time schedules typically consist of 4 days per week, averaging ~2 patients/day, with each treatment lasting 3–4 hours. Follow-up care is handled by the hospital nephrology team; our RNs provide dialysis treatments per physician orders.

Acute dialysis, chronic hemodialysis, and treatment setup
Vascular access management: central venous catheters (CVC), arteriovenous fistulas (AVF), and grafts (AVG)
Patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and rapid clinical decision-making
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and independent practice in hospital settings
Infection prevention, aseptic technique, and safety compliance (OSHA/HIPAA)
Dialysis equipment operation & troubleshooting (Fresenius, NxStage, B. Braun)
EMR proficiency with hospital documentation systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
Clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, nephrologists, and hospital teams
Excellent time management, prioritization, and reliability in fast-paced acute care
Patient-first mindset with strong advocacy and professionalism
