Job description
Who We Are
Since 1984, our nurse-founded, nurse-led team has been delivering high-quality acute and mobile dialysis services to hospitals and partnered facilities nationwide. Headquartered in Central Florida, we’ve built our legacy on empowering nurses to deliver critical care with compassion, precision, and professionalism.
Our company was founded by a dialysis nurse who knew firsthand the challenges of balancing patient care with family life. That empathy continues to shape our culture today. Our leadership team is composed of experienced dialysis nurses who understand both the pressure of critical care and the deep satisfaction that comes from helping patients through life-sustaining treatments.
We stand by a simple truth: When nurses are supported, patients thrive. Our culture is built around respect, flexibility, and mutual understanding values that define every interaction we have, both with our team and the patients we serve.
Many of our nurses have been with us for decades, not because they have to, but because they’ve found a place where their expertise is valued, their voices matter, and their well-being is prioritized. Joining Celly Mobile Dialysis means joining a family of professionals who lift each other up and take pride in their shared mission.
