TAG MedStaffing is hiring an Aesthetic Clinical Assistant (MA, RN, NP) in Miami, FL for our client. In this part-time, in-office role, you will support a boutique aesthetic practice with clinical care, patient flow, and daily operations, including intake, vitals, blood draws, and procedure assistance. This role is ideal for a licensed MA, RN, or NP in good standing with a strong interest in aesthetic medicine who thrives in a small, fast-paced, one-provider environment.

Responsibilities as the Aesthetic Clinical Assistant (MA, RN, NP):
- Clinical Support & Patient Care: Obtain and document vitals, perform blood and phlebotomy draws as needed, and support pre- and post-procedure patient care under provider guidance.
- Procedure Assistance & Room Management: Prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and manage room turnover to support efficient clinical flow.
- Patient Intake & Communication: Greet patients, complete intake and clinical documentation, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Front Desk & Scheduling Support: Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and respond to patient inquiries while serving as a professional point of contact.
- Clinic Operations & Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically appropriate clinical space while supporting inventory, restocking, and daily clinic operations.
- Licensure: Active Medical Assistant certification, Registered Nurse (RN) license, or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required and in good standing.
- Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience, with prior exposure to aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or concierge medicine strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong interest in aesthetic medicine with comfort performing vitals, blood draws, and supporting cosmetic or procedural care.
- Technical Skills: Experience with clinical documentation, patient intake workflows, and basic administrative support within a medical setting.
- Skills & Attributes: Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently as sole clinical support.
