Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Two Fridays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• On-call rotation required

• No weekend clinic hours

Practice Details:

• Patient Volume: 35-45 patients per day (once fully ramped)

• EMR: Nextech

Practice Overview:

An established and rapidly growing dermatology practice is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join its full-time clinical team. This role offers exposure to medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology within a supportive, training-focused environment and provides strong long-term earning potential tied to productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and treat medical dermatologic conditions

• Perform and assist with cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and injections

• (Extensive cosmetic training provided)

• Develop and manage patient treatment plans

• Prescribe medications in compliance with state regulations

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and review delegated services

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards

Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Nurse Practitioner license (Mississippi license or willingness to obtain preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required

• Experience in medical and/or cosmetic dermatology (Both preferred; one area acceptable)

• Ability to participate in weekday schedules and on-call rotation

Compensation:

• Training period: $35/hour

• Year 1 earnings: Approximately $100,000

• Post ramp-up: Transition to commission / claims-based compensation

• Highly competitive earning potential tied to productivity and cosmetic services

• No shift differential for on-call or extended hours
