As a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, you will independently diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of skin-related health concerns. Your responsibilities will include performing dermatologic procedures, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. While autonomy is expected, collaboration with physicians will be available for complex cases.

Location: The Dalles, OR
Pay : Competitive Pay ($120K to $200K) + Full Benefits
Schedule: 5/8 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 4/10 Schedule: Four days per week, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Patient Population: Infants to seniors (ages 0-100)
Settings: Physician Owned- Practice

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the scope of practice.

Perform dermatologic procedures as necessary.

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.

Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and post-treatment protocols.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Oregon.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in dermatology preferred; however, primary care NPs with a strong interest in dermatology are encouraged to apply.

Ability to function independently while recognizing situations that require physician collaboration.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 4/10 Schedule: Four days per week, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
