Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Optimal Health & Regenerative Medicine (Offering Relocation Assistant)
Location: Boise, ID (In-person role)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
Salary: PA: $140,000 - $160,000/ NP: $170,000 - $190,000
Setting: Elevated health optimization clinic
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
· Utilize lab results and DEXA scans to guide diagnosis and treatment.
· Administer advanced elective services (e.g., BHRT, PRP, stem cell therapy).
· Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, and lifestyle protocols.
· Educate patients on preventative and performance-based health strategies.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
· Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience (new grads not currently considered)
. Experience in Bio Hormone Replacement therapy, OR Working in functional medicine, OR regenerative medicine.
· Strong communication skills and a passion for wellness and optimization
· Preferred (not required): Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or hormone therapy
