Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving, patient-centered dermatology practice with multiple locations across the Philadelphia area. This role offers an excellent work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a strong support team of experienced dermatology providers.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 annually plus 20–25% of collectionsHealthcare after 90 days
● Malpractice paid
● License/DEA/CDS reimbursement after 90 days
● 401K with matching percentages after 1 year (sign in dates Jan/July)
● PTO & CME days (based on how many days a week you work)
● $1,500 continuing education reimbursement (travel, seminars, etc.)
● $500 for dues in professional associations

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage common skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers
Perform minor dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions (training provided as needed)
Educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and treatment plans
Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards
Qualifications
At least 1 year of clinical experience in dermatology (minimum of 1-2 years
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Working Hours
Skills
Procedural Skills – Proficient (or willing to be trained) in skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor dermatologic procedures.
Dermatologic Knowledge – Understanding of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology principles, treatments, and best practices.
Patient Education & Counseling – Skilled in explaining treatment options, post-procedure care, skincare routines, and preventive measures in a clear, compassionate manner.
Documentation & Compliance – Accurate, timely EMR charting in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards.
Collaboration & Teamwork – Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Time Management – Efficient in balancing patient load, procedures, follow-up visits, and documentation.
Interpersonal Skills – Professional bedside manner and ability to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Continuous Learning – Commitment to staying current on new dermatologic treatments, techniques, and technologies.
