- Schedule: 13-hour shifts (days and nights; exact times TBD)
- Setting: Trauma ICU and Surgical ICU (SICU)
- Coverage Model: No residents; APP-driven care
- 13-hour shifts
- Mix of day and night coverage
- Flexibility required for float pool coverage
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience required
- Must be comfortable managing:
- Trauma patients
- Surgical ICU patients
- Experience working independently in high-acuity settings required
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- ATLS – Required
- DEA – Required
- Board Certification:
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AC-NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- APPs provide primary coverage for Trauma and SICU
- No resident support
