Lynwood, California
St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a skilled Daytime Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its Pulmonary & Critical Care team in Lynwood, California. This role offers the opportunity to manage critically ill patients in a collaborative ICU setting with strong physician support and hands-on procedural development.
What You'll Do

Provide daytime ICU patient management and rounding

Respond to rapid response calls and provide code coverage

Perform procedures including central lines and intubations (training provided as needed)

Collaborate with attending physicians and a multidisciplinary critical care team

Participate in continued clinical training and professional development
What We're Looking For

Board-Certified ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC
-
Active California NP and DEA licenses (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Minimum 1 year of inpatient NP experience (ICU or hospitalist preferred)

Strong clinical judgment, procedural interest, and commitment to patient-centered care
