- Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner
- Background in family or internal medicine preferred
- Flexible scheduling with a strong emphasis on work-life balance

- Opportunity to grow clinically while working in a welcoming, well-established practice
- Manage and treat complex cases in an open ICU, caring for a diverse patient population
- Collaborate closely with hospitalist APPs assisting with admissions and inpatient management under physician supervision
- Participate in monthly team meetings to stay engaged with practice updates, hospital initiatives, and broader goals within Sound Physicians
- Serve as an active member of the hospital community by participating in committees that help shape operations at this small but dynamic facility
