Permanent role (1099 or W2) and Locum option available
Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday (5 days on / 7 days off or 7 days on / 7 days off)

Job Responsibilities
• Perform advanced procedures:
o Central line placement
o Arterial line placement
o Intubations
o Chest tube placement
o Dialysis catheter placement
• Manage ICU patients independently, including ventilator and critical care management.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement and adjust patient care plans.
• Provide night coverage (with PRN/Locum opportunities available).
Qualifications
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (RN + NP) with current certifications.
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine / ICU strongly preferred.
• Procedural competency: minimum ~30 central lines, 30 arterial lines, 50 intubations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and ICU management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM); flexibility for PRN/Locum roles.
• Prior hospital-based critical care experience required.
