Coverage Details
-- Full-time Night Shift
-- 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly
-- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (includes sign-out time)
Requirements
-- NP candidates must be Acute Care Certified
-- ACNP with valid national and state licensure
-- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in an ICU setting
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Central line insertions (CVLs, vascaths, introducers)
-- Arterial line insertions
Assignment Details
-- Multi-specialty medical-surgical community hospital ICU
-- Typical APP-to-patient ratio: 10–15 ICU patients per APP (with attending MD available)
-- Communicate with ICU nursing staff
-- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds each shift
-- EMR: Cerner
