- Pay Rate: $140.00 as per 1099

- Scheduled, + ON CALL
Practice Setting
- Hospital Setting: Hospital
- DAYS Shifts: M-F 7a-5p (10 hours per day )
- Patients: Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatrics
- Patients Per Shifts: 15-20 patients
Qualifications
• Board Eligible – REQUIRED
• Active GA license - REQUIRED
• EMR, Cencer– REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED
Credentialing
• Credentialing window:30 DAYS
