Schedule: 12-hour shifts, scheduled in blocks
Call Required: None
Clinical Details

Setting: Inpatient – Mixed ICU (MICU/SICU)

Coverage Focus: MICU patients only

Shift Details: Day/night rotation
-
2 APPs on during the day
-
1 APP on overnight

Bed Count: 18-bed unit
-
Shifts Needed: 35 total shifts between June 29 and Sept 20

Supervision Model: Independent APP coverage within a collaborative ICU team

Patient Volume: Varies within MICU coverage
Requirements
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience as an APP
-
Certifications: Active state license and relevant critical care credentials
