Sign on bonus for $30,000 - structured as forgivable loan over the term of initial 3-year contract.
Inpatient ONLY with coverage locations of Midtown, Gateway, and Henderson Hospital intensive care units.
Schedule - 3 12-hr Day shifts Friday - Sunday. 1 weekend off per 6-week schedule.
Rotating holidays.
Hours - 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
No call responsibilities.
Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary and Critical Care team. Candidates should hold an active Indiana and Kentucky license. All applicants must be certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or NCCPA as a Physician Assistant. 3-5 years of ICU related experience preferred.
