The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing new consults and ongoing follow-up care for neurologically ill patients. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can provide expert recommendations and manage a varying caseload with precision and compassion.
IF you don't have experience with neurological patients - training on the job will be provided by experienced physicians
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations and assess new patients with neurological conditions.
- Provide continuous care and follow-up for existing patients.
- Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and latest clinical guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Stay current with advancements in neurology and integrate best practices into patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid state license.
- Experience in neurology or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in managing complex patient cases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
