A successful ICU APP candidate for HNI Healthcare will possess the following:

• Ability to perform intubations and central lines
• Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
• Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
• Board certified, APP with advanced training in Critical Care, Pulmonary/CC, or Anesthesiology/CC.
• Current, unrestricted Ohio State license to practice.
