Job description We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Florida. This opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, and primarily offers day shifts from 7am to 7pm, with occasional night shifts. The role involves performing advanced procedures and providing high-acuity care in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements
  • Deliver comprehensive critical care in accordance with best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care
  • Respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient status
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols

Additional Information
  • Must be Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC) required
  • BLCS and ACLS certifications required
  • Must hold an active Florida license
