Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide advanced critical care services within the ICU
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and complex patient cases
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care
- Perform procedures and interventions within the scope of critical care practice
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Wisconsin NP license required
- Board certification required: Critical Care Medicine (AANP or ANCC for FNP)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Credentialing process may take up to 90 days; expedited or emergency credentialing available for candidates with clean backgrounds
