* Combination of inpatient hospital rounding and outpatient Cardiology clinic
* Follow patients across inpatient and outpatient settings for continuity of care
* Work alongside an experienced team of Cardiologists and APPs
* Cardiology experience preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in Cardiology considered
* Autonomy with strong clinical and physician support

* Base salary starting at $120,000 plus additional incentives
