Full-Time | Multiple North Carolina Locations
Dunn, NC | Oxford, NC | Raleigh, NC
Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Cardiovascular Team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on adult and elderly patients with chronic and complex medical conditions, including cardiovascular and vascular disease.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing chronic illness, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and promoting preventive health strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and vascular disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for complex patients
- Provide preventive services including vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, and social workers
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation (HIPAA standards)
- Respond to patient concerns and urgent matters, including in-home visits if required
- Apply evidence-based practices in cardiology and vascular medicine
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active North Carolina license required
- PA-C certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cardiology experience preferred
- New graduates with a strong interest in geriatrics and cardiovascular care are encouraged to apply
- Experience managing chronic disease and geriatric populations
- Proficiency in EMR systems and ICD-10 coding
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education
