We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing Cardiology and Vascular Medicine team in Oxford, NC. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality care to adults and elderly patients with cardiovascular and chronic health conditions.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses (hypertension, diabetes, CAD, vascular disease).
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide preventive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Qualifications
• 1+ year cardiology experience preferred; new grads with interest in geriatrics welcome.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
