This role offers a unique schedule with opportunities for clinic and surgical first assisting days each month.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide cardiovascular care in a hospital setting, including first assist in surgeries
  • Engage in clinical hours with patient encounters averaging eight per shift
  • Participate in inpatient rounding and callbacks during on-call duties

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Cardiovascular specialty required
  • Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
  • Prior experience as a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner

Working Hours

  • On-call 7–8 times per month, including 24-hour coverage on weekends
  • Scheduled clinical and surgical days as outlined
