Required Skills:
- Valid licensure as an NP or PA with current certification in cardiology or electrophysiology
- Proven experience in Electrophysiology (EP) cardiology clinical coverage
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of EKG interpretation, device management, and arrhythmia treatment protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior work in a cardiology or EP clinic setting
- Familiarity with medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or electrophysiology procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (for NP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiology, specifically in electrophysiology settings
- Current state licensure in the practicing state and relevant board certifications
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to noon
- OT eligible after 40 hours per week
- Willingness to assist with clinic coverage on an as-needed basis starting as soon as possible
- Travel or licensing reimbursements as applicable
