- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 8-12
- Bed In Department: 5
- Support Staff: 3 MAs, 2 PAs/NPs, 2 Office Staff
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- License: Licensed in WA or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days
- Experience in Electrophysiology Cardiology: Required
