This is an exciting opportunity to join a Level I trauma environment, supporting cardiothoracic surgery patients across multiple hospital locations while working autonomously with strong physician support.

🩺 Position Highlights
- Practice Setting: Inpatient post-op floor and ICU
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call: 10 days per month | Call ratio 1:3
- Patient Volume: ~12 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adult & geriatric
- Autonomy: Yes, with physician availability at all times
- EMR: Epic
🧠 Core Responsibilities
- Post-op rounding and care coordination
- Pre-op physical exams
- Diagnose and treat illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Write prescriptions
- Suture removal and wound care
- Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams
✅ Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
- Active Ohio NP license
- BLS & ACLS
