Opportunity Highlights

- Job Setting: Inpatient heart failure
- Types of Cases: Inpatient heart failure; Transplant, LVAD and advanced heart failure experience preferred
- Credentialing: 120 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Wisconsin or Compact License
