Job Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits.
• Provide inbox coverage for providers who are out of the office.
• Work independently within a team-based care model to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for the management of complex patients.
• Conduct approximately 16 patient visits per day, focusing on established patient consultations.

Qualifications

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus in Cardiology.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in utilizing EPIC EMR systems.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a team-based environment.

License and Certification Requirements

• State License – Washington [REQUIRED]
• DEA Certification [REQUIRED]
• NPI Certification [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice record [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
