Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology & Vascular Medicine

We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing Cardiology and Vascular Medicine team in Henderson and Oxford, NC. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality care to adults and elderly patients with cardiovascular and chronic health conditions.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses (hypertension, diabetes, CAD, vascular disease).
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide preventive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Qualifications
• Licensed PA or NP in North Carolina (PA-C preferred).
• 1+ year cardiology experience preferred; new grads with interest in geriatrics welcome.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
Qualifications
Licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA-C preferred) and Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
At least 1 year of experience in Cardiolgy (new graduates with a strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in managing chronic conditions and coordinating care for geriatric patients.
Familiarity with EMR systems and ICD-10 coding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience when working with patients and their families.
