Locums – NP/PA Cardiology – Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6–9 months

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

• Outpatient clinic only

• No call, no weekends

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide full-time outpatient clinic coverage on a locum tenens basis. This role is strictly clinic-based with no inpatient rounding or procedural responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities / Duties:

• Manage ~16 patient visits per day (established/follow-up patients only)

• Inbox management and coverage for absent providers

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients within a team-based care model

• Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic tests for complex patient management

• Collaborate with MA, RN, and front office staff in a fully staffed clinic

Facility Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient cardiology clinic

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: Full team-based support (MA, RN, front office)

Requirements:

• Active Washington State License – Required

• DEA & NPI – Required

• Clean malpractice – Highly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
