Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of acute care experience and a strong background in cardiovascular health. This role involves managing a diverse patient population, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and evaluations.
Manage chronic and acute cardiac conditions in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Hawaii (or eligibility for licensure).
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP).
Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care experience, preferably in cardiology.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment.
