Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Post-Acute Care – Brooklyn, NY
Opportunity Highlights

Candidate Requirements
- Current New York NP license and DEA
- Minimum 2 years of cardiology or post-acute care experience preferred
- Interest in geriatrics and chronic disease management
- Must be comfortable working independently in a post-acute setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual earnings: $153,802–$157,000+ (no cap on productivity)
