Job description
Seeking a full-time Cardiology NP or PA to join our expanding cardiovascular team in the scenic Adirondack foothills. This is a direct hospital-employed position within a stable, independent, nonprofit health system serving a diverse rural population.
- 175k salary, 20k sign-on bonus, up to 10k relocation
- Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment
- 6 weeks PTO + 1 week extended sick time

Practice Highlights
- Four-day workweek (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No evening or weekend in-person call
- APPs start with 8 patients/day, ramping to 13–14 as volume grows
- In-office stress testing, EKG, Holter, pacemaker/loop recorder insertions, and cardioversions
- Supported by experienced NP, office coordinators, and virtual scribe pilot
