Job Summary:
St. David's Healthcare is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner to join a heart failure group in Austin, TX.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified Advance Practice NP, CNS or PA
- No FNP
- Experience in cardiology is a plus but not required
- Perform patient examinations in clinic and hospital setting
- Provide care and workup of patients
- Valid and active TX license
- Joining two APP's
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be confident in ability to make medical decisions
- Candidate should have excellent people skills as well as outstanding communication skills
- Must have the ability to teach patients and demonstrate competence in their field
- M-F, 8A – 5P
- No On-Call or Weekends
