Summary:

We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join the Heart and Vascular Institute in New Windsor, New York. The candidate must demonstrate general cardiology experience with a focus on patient satisfaction and attention to detail. Experience in non-invasive procedural testing would be welcome. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing and managing patients, pre-admission testing, stress testing supervision, implantable device management including loop recorders, pacemakers, ICDs, anticoagulation management and general support to Physicians, RNs and Medical Assistants. The NP will work full-time, Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm in an outpatient setting.

Training/License:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Must hold a current New York State NP license with current board certification
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
