Adult SUD Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or Dual Licensed PMHNP/FNP) for Residential Treatment.

Currently, we are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or Dual Licensed PMHNP/FNP) for Residential Treatment in the Louisville, KY area.

- Available as Fulltime
Overview:
- Provide medical evaluations and treatment of SUD patients at facility under the supervision of the Medical Director for a residential setting.
- Work collaboratively with the medical and clinical staff in place for ongoing support.

Requirements:
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), experienced with Adults with Substance Use Disorders.
- Active Unrestricted License in the State of Kentucky.
- Active DEA in Kentucky.
