Contract Length: Approximately 3 months

Shift Details: 10-hour shifts, nights, varied shifts between 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, and 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Schedule: Approximately 3-4 shifts per week

Work Details:

• Support Staff: APPs (PAs and NPs), RNs, and techs available. Hospitalist program handles admissions, and all other specialties are in-house. Level III trauma center.
• Patients per Evening: 42,000 annual volume
• Patient Population/Age: All ages
• Department Description: 26 beds in the ER, 3 trauma bays, special procedure room, and 2 triages. APPs manage the triages.
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Bed Size: 306
• Skills Required: Standard ED skill set

Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: ABEM
• State License Required: Missouri license, IMLC may consider someone without.
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, ATLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days, depending on background, may be expedited for qualified candidates
