Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive care, including diagnostic interviews, medication, and medication reviews
- Documents all patient care in electronic medical record
- Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings, weekly team meetings and weekly case conference meetings as requested or required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree required.
- Must possess a valid NYS license and DEA registration.
- Experience with addiction treatment.
