Job description
Pratt Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its established women's health team in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Qualified Candidates:
- Certified Nurse Midwife with eligibility for Virginia licensure
- 2+ years of midwifery or women's health experience preferred
- Comfortable managing low-risk obstetrical patients through delivery and providing newborn care
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Participation in shared call rotation (1:5 after-hours phone call coverage) and four 24-hour shifts per month
