💰 Compensation

• $65–$75/hour
• Full-time, consistent schedule
• Long-term contract (6+ months minimum)

📍 Location

• Mobile clinic based out of Foley, MN
• Travel to surrounding rural communities

📅 Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start ASAP
• Contract through September 2026

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care
• Manage a range of pregnancy-related conditions in collaboration with specialists, including:
  • Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Postpartum complications
• Deliver trauma-informed, patient-centered care
• Perform and assist with procedures such as:
  • LARC insertion
  • Manual vacuum aspiration
  • Point-of-care and transvaginal fetal ultrasound
  • Neonatal resuscitation (as needed)
• Stabilize and triage patients for transfer when necessary
• Manage urgent presentations in the field with live tele-support from OB/MFM specialists
• Coordinate referrals to L&D, MFM, NICU, and emergency services
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

✅ Requirements

• Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in Minnesota (unrestricted)
• BLS and NRP certifications
• DEA license (must obtain prior to start)
