• Support staff: Rn , patient care tech
• BLS, ACLS
• CDS and DEA certs
• Midwifery cert through American Midwifery Certification Board be Board eligible
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Specific Skills Req’d?: comfortable with physiologic births
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years): min 1 year work exp
