We are seeking several Midwifes needed for a Community Health Center located in the Pilsen and Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago.
With over 35 years servicing a large Latino community they are very committed to assisting families with a limited access to healthcare. They are very well supported in Chicago. Offices are staffed with Primary Care with a focus on Women's Health.
Very modern offices that are equipped with a Lab, Ultrasound and X-ray equipment.
They admit to a teaching hospital that has OB/Gyn hospitalist 24/7.
Schedule:
22hrs clinic and 24hr call
Clinic 20-24 patients per day
Call: 1:7 call (24hr)
The group does 25-40 Deliveries/month
Benefits:
Loan repayment available through NHSC
$2,500 Relocation Assistance if moving out of state
