Recruiter Summary
This role requires a board-certified CNM with an active NC license, BLS, NC DEA, EPIC experience, and the ability to manage a mix of clinic and 24-hour L&D call coverage. Providers must be experienced (no new grads) and comfortable working across two clinics and a rural hospital setting.

Call
- 24-hour L&D call shift on Mondays with on-site MD support
- Additional call as needed; frequency varies
- Tuesday: Half day, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (Laurinburg)
- Wednesday: Full day, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Pembroke)
- Thursday: Full day, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Laurinburg)
- Friday: Half day, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (Pembroke)
Required Licensure
- North Carolina CNM license
- DEA – North Carolina
- BLS
- AMCB Board Certified (CNM)
- Seasoned CNM only; no new grads
- Support Staff: Clinical/clerical team; L&D nurses
- Department: Hospital + hospital-owned practice
- Patient Mix: Routine prenatal and GYN; some under 18
- Patient Volume:
- Half-day clinic: 6–10 patients
- Full-day clinic: 15–20 patients
- EMR: EPIC (required)
- Required Skills: Comfortable in a busy rural OB/GYN setting and active L&D floor
