- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 14 patients per shift. The site is requesting only local candidates, as they cannot cover travel-related expenses; the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Epic training is required but can only be completed once credentialing has been finalized.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage an average of 14 patients per shift
* Conduct assessments, prenatal visits, postpartum care, and related services
* Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient support
Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible
* Active state license
* Ability to complete credentialing within 21 days
* Local candidate only, as travel expenses cannot be covered
Working Hours
* Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
* Coverage required from 1/1/2026 to 3/31/2026
* Epic training required after credentialing is completed
Skills
