• Pay Range: $80–$90/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Outpatient only)

• No Call Required

• Travel: Client covers airfare, lodging, and car rental

📋 Role Overview

The Certified Nurse Midwife will independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services. This role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and supporting women through all stages of reproductive health.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient midwifery care, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic services

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, and lactation counselors

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical drills for high-acuity/low-frequency events

• Support patient education, counseling, and shared decision-making

• Triage and coordinate care for emergent OB patients in collaboration with RNs and physicians

🩺 Qualifications

• Licensure: Active RN and APRN licenses in Florida (required)

• Certification: AMCB Certified Nurse Midwife (required)

• BLS Certification: Required by start date

• NRP Certification: Preferred

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage settings preferred

• Additional Preferred Training: Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, Lactation Consultation

• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills
