Job Title: Locum Tenens Certified Nurse Midwife (Outpatient)
Location: Allen, TX
Employment Type: 1099 Locums
Start Date: December 1, 2025 (Credentialing in as little as 1–2 weeks)
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | No Call
Pay Range: $80.00–$90.00 per hour
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental provided
Role Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to independently manage full-scope outpatient midwifery care in a collaborative OB/CNM setting. This role includes leadership responsibilities and participation in Labor & Delivery operations.
Job Duties

Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric & gynecological services

Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage cases

Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, lactation counselors, and other team members

Participate in skills training and drills for high-acuity/low-frequency events

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

EMR: Athena (Outpatient)
Qualifications
✅ Active Texas RN & APRN licenses
✅ Active AMCB Certification
✅ BLS certification (by start date)
✅ Strong collaborative and communication skills
✅ Experience in hospital-based obstetrics preferred (2+ yrs)
Preferred (Not Required):

Obstetric Ultrasound certification
