An established practice in Hoffman Estates, IL is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join their team.
Description:
- Outpatient environment
- 3 clinic days per week, 1:3 or 1:5 call rotation
- Very flexible schedule - open to someone full-time or part-time
Responsibilities:
- The CNM will manage the care in the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum period and provide non-surgical gynecologic care in an out-patient environment
- Conduct H&P and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures and tests
- Work in a collaborative manner with other agency providers, clinical support staff, and administrative personnel
- Provide health education for patients and families
Qualifications:
- Education in nursing and midwifery
- Certified by American College of Nurse-Midwives Certification
- Illinois License CNM
- BLS certification

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
